Qualifications of applicants

4. Experience in telephone service 6 months or more
5. Can work on Saturday-Sunday And can stop work on weekdays.
6. Have the skills to communicate by telephone, have etiquette in conversations, use of tone, and words
7. Have specialized skills, negotiations, and the use of persuasive words
8. There is a love mind (Service Mind) and has a positive attitude with customers and works that must be responsible.
9. Having patience Able to handle or work in high pressure conditions.
10. Have computer skills and ms office programs
