The agent was on time and prepared. She spoke good English and helped me negotiate a good deal with the landlord. On the day we signed contacts, she showed up with 3 copies of a 30+ page contact. The terms were wrong. There were several mistakes. Each checklist had been done by hand (not copies of the original) and each was different; none were correct. We wasted perhaps 90 minutes trying to reconcile and correct the 3 documents. When I asked why she hadn't emailed the contract to be checked in advance, she said that she'd had a lot of meetings. In short, it was a disorganized mess. What should have taken 15 minutes actually took over 2 hours. So, friendly, but disorganized. Also, the condos she showed me were not the one advertised with photos on the website, which seemed dishonest somewhere, though I ended up with a condo I was happy with.
