My Fiancé and I had to move houses all of a sudden due to unforeseen circumstances, we had less than a week to find a new home. We contacted 26 agents from various companies, stayed up until 2-3 am every night to find something... only to find the time was too short and we had no luck finding a pet friendly place. We were feeling hopeless by the end of the week, tired, and very sad. Until one day we hired a tuk tuk to take us around Sathorn area to look for a new place. For 7 hours that day we went round and round everywhere.. again no luck... All together in 4-5 days we made a list and looked at 32 places. We were about to give up until we stumbled upon a building called Centrio Sathorn-St.Louis where we met Kun Pae (very lovely agent). On that very same day it was already late (after 5 pm.) and most places are closed for viewing, K'Pae genuinely wanted to help us and called a bunch of places he knows to help us through this dark/emotional time. And then to our surprise he told us after he's finished with his client today he will take us in his own car to go look at an apartment (M Silom). Lord and behold, it was so perfect (also pet friendly) that we couldn't say no to renting this place out. A few days later we were able to close the deal and move in!
Honestly, genuinely from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for helping us find a new condo. We are finally not homeless! I really don't know what we would have done without K'Paes' help!!!
Do not hesistate to work with this agent, he is perfect for finding what you are looking for. Whether it be modern or classic I am sure he can accommodate! Amazing Amazing Amazing BRAVO!!
